Scope
A conversation about the problem, not the technology. We write down what the solution must do, what it explicitly will not do, what data it touches, and who uses it. That document is the contract for everything that follows.
How it works
"AI-powered" is claimed by almost everyone and means almost nothing. Here is specifically what we do, where the AI is genuinely used, and where a person is accountable.
01
A conversation about the problem, not the technology. We write down what the solution must do, what it explicitly will not do, what data it touches, and who uses it. That document is the contract for everything that follows.
02
Tables, relationships, and the security boundary before a single screen. This is the part that is expensive to change later and the part where AI assistance is least useful — it needs judgement about your business, not pattern completion.
03
Screens, formulas, flows and documentation are drafted with AI against the conventions we set for your build, then reviewed change by change. This is where the time saving is real, and it is the reason a fixed price works at all.
04
Automated validation runs over the build — layout and sizing rules, naming, accessibility basics, and formula patterns known to cause problems later. A build that fails those checks does not get to a review.
05
Not a slide deck or a prototype — the actual solution, running, with your data shape in it. Feedback goes into the same loop. If what you asked for turns out to be the wrong thing, that is far cheaper to discover here.
06
You receive an unmanaged solution file and import it into your own environment. Unmanaged means you can open it, change it, and take it to another supplier. Nothing is locked, and nothing depends on us continuing to exist.
The uncomfortable questions
Describe the problem. We will tell you honestly if we are the wrong people for it.
